Even if we say that it just last for five to 10 minutes, multiply it by the number of times it occurred, it will result into more than I hour of cut off in your sleeping time. This is bad because as much as possible we need to complete a good nightâ€™s rest in order for us to be refreshed. We canâ€™t continue on this because it will definitely be bad for us.</span></p>
