Urban living has gone to a very fast pace. Residences are confined in certain subdivisions and villas. Others who work near in some highly urbanized cities reside in a comfy and cozy condo unit. Some Married couples and singles alike prefer to stay in a condo unit rather than live with their immediate family. Reasons vary. Some wants to have a sense of independence from their mother or father-in-law and establish a home of their own with their immediate family members. Others wish to experience a totally different atmosphere so as to learn something from life. Singles want to live in a condo unit sometimes with a friend, a partner or entirely all alone. Whatever the case, a condo unit seems to be most people’s choice particularly for those who live in highly industrialized cities in the country.
